Proper fuel delivery is essential to the performance of any vehicle. Dirty and clogged injectors will reduce fuel economy, rob horsepower and could ultimately lead to catastrophic engine failure. Even a completely stock, daily driven vehicle can benefit greatly from injector testing and cleaning, and if you own a high performance vehicle, then regular injector testing and cleaning is essential. Visit our Injector Testing and Cleaning information page to learn more about our four step process to ensuring that your injectors are performing at their best.

Price is per injector. Please download the service form on our product page, complete it and send it in with your injectors. Most injectors are serviced in one business day.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently only able to service TOP-feed gasoline injectors. Contact us if you are unsure of what type of injectors you have.

Fuel Injector Cleaning Processes

Step 1 - Testing

We start by testing every injector for the following:
  • Continuity
  • Leakage
  • Static Flow Rate
  • Dynamic Flow Rate
  • Sprayability
  • Spray Pattern Uniformity

Step 2 - Ultrasonic Cleaning

After initial testing is completed, the injectors are prepared for cleaning by removing the o-rings, filter baskets, and pintle caps (where applicable). Injectors are then cleaned through a series of treatments in our ultrasonic cleaning tank and back-flushed to remove stubborn buildup and particles.

Step 3 - Retesting

Once the cleaning process is complete, the injectors are then retested for leakage, sprayability, spray pattern uniformity, and static and dynamic flow rates. The results are recorded onto a data sheet that you will receive a copy of when your injectors are returned.

Step 4 - Parts Replacement

Once testing and cleaning are complete we replace all filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps where applicable.
